This is a new concept but I own a bagel shop in Locust Valley, NY.
We have all different cooking equipment but the bagel shop closes at 4PM from Monday to Friday and closes 2PM on Saturday and Sunday.
I want to create a Pho shop during the hours that the bagel store is closed. I need someone with Vietnamese Food experience.
