Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused waitresses and waiters to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they enjoy a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all orders are correct
Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Uphold our restaurant’s standards for service and hospitality
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred, but not required
A passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
