I am looking to hire a FEMALE, preferably semi-retired or retired.
I need someone RELIABLE, long term, and who speaks English on as as-needed basis and I will give plenty of notice. Please note this is not full time, in-house or for a full day. I DO NOT need care with bathing, dressing or cooking.
I am a female, live in Valley Stream and am in need of a companion/care for myself on an as needed basis mostly on Fridays. I need someone to accompany me to doctor appointments and some errands (sometimes on Sunday) as I need assistance with walking. I have an issue with my left leg/ankle, due to an injury. It is painful to bear weight, and I do not feel safe walking alone. I have already fallen. I do use a cane with my right hand but need to hold onto someone with my left. I have no issues with driving, my issues are getting out of the car and walking to my destination. You would be required to come to my home and then we go from there. There may be times when I am not up to driving and would ask you to drive me in your car.
I would need someone to be available to me on mostly on Fridays no earlier than 9am. My appointments are normally at 10 or 11. Doctor appointments are local (Valley Stream). Dental appointments are in East Meadow. There are times when I just need to get out of the house and do some shopping, mostly on a Sunday.
I actually need someone this coming Friday, 06/27 for 2 appointments in East Meadow, one at 11 a.m., and the other at 12:45pm a few blocks away. I also need someone the following day, 06/28, to come with me to get my car serviced at a dealership in Valley Stream at 9:30 am.
I am very easy to get along with, all I ask is that you be reliable and show up as scheduled.
