Customer Service Rep (Deer Park, NY)
Looking for a bright, detail-oriented individual to join a growing internet-based business. We are a leading medical & athletic compression garment online retailer. We currently operate the following websites:

The position is full time Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm. Weekends off!
Requirements:
. Excellent computer skills (Internet, MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
. Intelligent & quick learning
. Highly accurate with numbers and proficient with spelling
. Effective communication skills (which includes using proper grammar)
. Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
. Good analytical and problem solving skills
. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
. Warm, friendly personality
. Reliable and punctual
Job functions will include but are not limited to:
. Customer service via phone, email and website live chat (Sales/General Inquiries/Returns)
. Processing orders as they come in
. Adding and subtracting inventory as stock comes in or goes out
. Creating and printing Labels using Dazzle/Worldship
