We are seeking a dental assistant for our new practice.
We are a new practice that opened 1.5 years ago and growing! This is a part time position leading to full time as we grow.
We are working out of mainly 2-3 ops. The schedule is light so there is no running around and plenty of time to learn and get familiar with the office.
The days are Mon, Tues, Thurs, possibly alternate Saturday’s.
Compensation is dependent upon experience. As you grow with us your salary will of course increase.
WE REQUIRE 6 MONTHS MIN EXPERIENCE. We will not respond to applications with no experience.
The job includes a mix of both chair side assisting and everything that comes along (room set up, instruments sterilization, stocking materials), and front office duties (answering phones, greeting patients, entering into software, calling insurances for eligibility and questions, confirming appointments, etc).
We will gladly train! Don't worry if you haven't done all of these jobs, we start slow and teach - it's simple stuff.
We are fully digital and use Curve as our software and digital x-rays. Will teach this as well but it's super easy to use.
The ideal person is energetic, friendly and cares about their job. Quick learner, efficient and responsible and punctuality is key.
