I am looking for a Caregiver in Smithtown / Lake Grove.
This is a permanent position(s).
This is for my father, he is 81, very nice guy but has terrible balance and needs help with the basics:
Please be able to do the following:
Walking assistance
Bathing
On and off help Toileting
Light housekeeping
Basic cooking helpful
Washing dishes
Laundry
Changing linens
This is a permanent positions. I need someone reliable.

Previous experience required; Certification NOT required. Vaccine is required.
Must be 25 years or older to apply

Mon 4:00pm-7:00pm Possibly an additional night shift depending on his situation, but mostly those hours.
