Seeking medical assistants for a busy cosmetic surgery office. Position can be part-time or full-time depending on applicant wants or needs. Currently really looking for someone 3 days per week. Ideally someone who can start slightly later in the day around 11AM on most days and stay later; however, candidates for normal 8AM - 4PM office hours will be considered as well.
We perform a very specialized type of surgery and only do 1-2 procedures per day. The day is done once the procedures are done unless prior arrangements are made. Duties include: assisting doctors during surgery; handling and dissecting tissue; setting up, breaking down, and cleaning surgical areas and tools; and general patient interaction.
Candidates must live within 30 minute drive of Great Neck and have a car.
No training required; all will be provided. Assistants will be paid a set weekly amount during training and then will move to a per surgery payment after training is done. Potential for high earning; most assistants have worked her for 5-15 years due to hours and pay.
