What You'll Do:
Manage receivables for medical insurance claims and ensure timely collections from insurance providers.
Use our system to track, document, and process claims, keeping detailed records of all activities.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies by phone and email to resolve billing issues and secure payments.
Send appeal letters for denied or underpaid claims to facilitate proper reimbursement.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in collections (medical or business A/R preferred) or a solid administrative background.
A professional, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal.
Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
Compensation:
Starting at $20/hour or $41,600 annually up to $50,000+ annually, based on exprience
