Assist in general clerical duties
- Assist in managing client and employee schedules
- Assist new applicants with completing application
- Assist reviewing employee files for compliance
- Manage phone calls/faxes/emails
- Assists in following up with medical facilities for required documents
. - Perform all other related duties/task assigned by the Manager.
- Knowledge in computer (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Bi-lingual preferred
