Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Secretary to join our Medical company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist callers
Handle correspondence via email, fax, and mail
Maintain organized patient and vendor files
Assist with order processing, documentation, and billing support
Coordinate scheduling and deliveries
Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
Keep office supplies stocked and work area organized
Support management and staff with daily administrative needs
Qualifications:
Previous office/secretary experience preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
