HOURS ARE
3:30pm - 7:30pm MONDAY,
3:30pm - 7:30pm TUESDAY
2:30pm - 7:30pm WEDNESDAY
3:30pm - 7:30pm THURSDAY
Attention to detail and outstanding work ethic a must! Ideal candidate must present well, have excellent communication/phone skills and excellent time management skills. Must be able to move and think quickly, be reliable and organized and have a positive, motivating, energetic personality. Our goal is to optimize our patients' state of health and a supportive, smiling staff is essential.
You will be responsible for answering the phone, scheduling patients, greeting, and directing patients, helping patients fill out paperwork, answering patient questions, verifying insurance information, taking payments, entering patient information into the computer, meticulous filing, maintaining office cleanliness, etc. You must quickly learn the computer software.
The hours are not negotiable so please do not apply unless you can commit to these office hours.
