In search of caring, attentive, vent skilled RN or LPN to join collaborative PDN 24/7 team with support staff. Adult male ALS patient with G-tube , trach and vent in private, loving home. Use of pulmonary bed, electric hoyer lift, power chair, food pump, ventilator and cough assist machine. Will train. NPI# and ETIN# needed. References & resume required.
