I am writing to express my need for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for my 17-year-old daughter who has special needs. She currently has a tracheotomy and vent dependent along with G-tube feeding. We reside in North Babylon, and we are looking for someone who can offer dedicated and personalized care to support her daily living activities.
Provide assistance with morning routines, and school preparations
Accompany her to school on Mondays and Thursdays occasionally Fridays.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
Valid RN certification and experience in pediatric nursing.
Proficient in managing and administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing basic therapeutic procedures.
Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with a teenager with special needs.
Available hours weekends days & nights.
