Seeking a reliable & energetic RN or LPN Medicaid provider.
This case is located in Coram (Suffolk County). The patient's are twins (boy & girl) with cerebral palsy aged 25yrs old.
The shifts that need to be filled are Thursdays & Fridays 2:30pm-8:30pm.
This case is straight Medicaid. The pay rate is time and a half the low tech rate.
The twins are non ambulatory and need assistance with all ADLs & transfers. Ability to lift or maneuver with a hoyer lift is necessary. The kids weigh around 80-90lbs.
