Vent skilled nurse needed for sweet special needs, male patient, bed-bound with ALS. Use of G-tube, cough assist, nebulizer, trach, vent, communication computer, word boards and electric hoyer in private family home on South Shore of Long Island getting 24/7 team care. Weekend days and Overnights. Must be:
