Strike Force Maintenance Corp., a leading commercial cleaning company, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team.
PART TIME JOB, 20 HOURS X WEEK.
Responsibilities include:
· Oversee the recruiting process: coordinate with Field Managers on open positions, place employment ads, review candidate resumes and schedule candidate interviews. Conduct interviews.
· Prepare and send offer letters and other benefit details to new employees.
· Ensure that new hire documents are completed accurately.
· Coordinate onboarding for all new hires.
· Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation and I-9 files.
· Address, investigate and resolve employee relation matters.
· Create and maintain employee files.
Requirements:
· Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
· Experience using Paychex Flex system (preferred)
· Bilingual (Spanish) is required.
