Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our construction projects and ensuring job sites run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lifting and moving materials and equipment.
- Perform cleanup duties on job sites to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Set up job sites, including organizing tools and supplies in trailers.
- Assist with basic carpentry tasks and painting as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Basic carpentry skills and experience with painting are preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Must have own transportation
- Must speak English
- Must be able to follow direction
