Looking for foreman with 5-10 years of experience with various types of concrete/construction including foundations, ADA sidewalks and ADA ramps.
-Confident in laying out and organizing job sites
-Reading plans
-Answering emails & managing daily sign-in sheets for employees
-Communicating with GCs
-Ability to arrange concrete deliveries & contact other vendors
-Oversee and direct 4-8 employees daily
-Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
-Clean driver's license a plus
Must be able to work jobs from Long Island to all 5 boroughs.
Compensation is based on previous experience. Currently working on open shop and prevailing wage jobs.
Must have all, clean paperwork. SST card, OSHA card and social security card.
