General contractor specializing in exterior masonry and waterproofing restoration on public projects, is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman/Jobsite Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing a team, and ensuring projects are completed on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, field-based role, requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Standard work hours are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily job site organization and progress.
Manage manpower scheduling and ensure proper resource allocation.
Prepare and submit daily reports on project status.
Coordinate installation work with the project manager, adhering to construction drawings and specifications.
Meet project deadlines based on the establish scope of work.
Make accurate schedule projections to ensure timely project tasks completion.
Track work hours, scheduling, and project milestones, reporting regularly to management.
Communicate project expectations clearly to all internal and external personnel, ensuring results align with goals.
Collaborate with subcontractors and employees to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
Ensure jobsite documentation is thorough, including progress and completion photos.
Take accountability for project completion, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Perform any additional tasks as required by management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in exterior masonry and waterproofing restoration.
Candidates must be comfortable working at heights on scaffolding or ladders.
Valid SST Card.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
