Laurel Group is seeking a dependable and experienced Machine Operator to join our growing team at our farm in the Calverton area. This is a full-time, year-round position offering steady work and growth potential in a dynamic environment.
We are looking for someone with strong machine operation skills (including skid steers, bobcats, and similar equipment), as well as experience in warehouse and yard operations. Candidates with landscape production experience and plant knowledge will be prioritized.
Ideal Candidate Has:
Experience operating skid steers, bobcats, and related machinery
Background in warehouse and yard work
Familiarity with landscape production processes
General plant knowledge and comfort working in an outdoor, farm-based setting
A strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
