A high-net-worth family in Southampton is seeking a meticulous and experienced full-time Housekeeper to join their long-term team. This role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and prior experience working in sophisticated, formal homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Detailed cleaning with white glove standards, including bathrooms and fine surfaces
- Daily laundry and wardrobe care
- Polishing brass twice daily
- Grocery shopping and household supply restocking
- Setting and clearing meals (meals are prepared buffet-style by a chef)
- Seasonal floral arrangements and decor upkeep
- Occasional support with serving and household events
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and discreet, with experience maintaining the high standards expected in UHNW residences.
Schedule: April–October: 40 hours/week; must be available to work weekends and holidays, with a rotating Sunday off
November–March: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000/year + bonus, healthcare, 2 weeks PTO + 2 additional weeks off between Christmas and New Year
