Outdoor Master's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mason Manager to lead our masonry team within a growing landscape design and buildout company.
The ideal candidate will have 15+
years of hands-on masonry experience in the landscaping industry and a strong
background in managing crews, overseeing job sites, and delivering high-quality stone and hardscape installations. You will be responsible for formulating legends and coordinating with PMs for job takeoff.
Key Responsibilities:
-Travel to prospective clients home's for walk through.
-Represent Outdoor Master's high level of expertise in the field and sell the job
-Expert level closer
-Procure proposals with legends for handoff to PM.
- Will work alongside and coordinate with our Project manager to plan and execute every job to the highest level of standards
-Work with 3d design team to formulate renderings for clients
-Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and
manage masonry and hardscape
operations on residential and commercial landscaping projects.
-Team Leadership: Lead and mentor
masonry crews, providing direction,
training, and performance management.
-Forecast labor hours: continously monitoring hours, reduce or increase when necessary.
-Quality Control: Ensure all masonry work meets company standards and clients expectations
-Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors as needed. Represent the company professionally on job sites.
-Material & Equipment Management: Manage inventory of stone, block, Concrete, and other masonry materials.Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in working order.
Valid driver's license a must
