We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter to join our team of skilled professionals.
Position Overview:
As a Residential Carpenter at Doug’s PAC, you will play a crucial role in executing full home renovation projects with precision and attention to detail. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a minimum of 3 years of residential carpentry experience to contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, cabinet installation, window installation, interior and exterior door installation, floor installation, tile work, basic electric, basic plumbing and more.
Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site issues as they arise.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of residential carpentry experience
Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry skills, including but not limited to framing, finish work, and cabinetry.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Willingness to undergo drug and background testing.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personal hand tools required.
