What we’re looking for:
Heavy Phone Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume call environment is a must.
Dispatch Experience: Familiarity with dispatching is a big plus!

Thick Skin: Must be comfortable handling tough conversations and staying composed under pressure.
