We are a family-owned small business specializing in commercial flat-roof coatings in need of help through the summer and fall months. All of our business is on low slope or flat roofs with very little to no sloped or shingle roofs. We typically work 8am-4pm days but very often stretch those days longer when its not too hot and we pay overtime after 40 hours. We will train on the job but a general knowledge of construction would be helpful. This is not a labor intensive job, its just hot! You have to be able to be in the sun all day. We meet at our office in Northport every morning and from there, we take a work truck to the job site. Travel is paid for both ways. You will need to be able to speak english well and be of legal working status. Starting pay is $20/hour but will start you higher if you have a clean drivers license, have any roofing or construction experience, speak Spanish and english well, etc.
