Roofing Foreman
About the Role: A1 Roofing is seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Foreman to lead and manage a crew in the efficient and safe installation of roofing systems. This role is crucial in ensuring quality craftsmanship and fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence. We are looking for those comfortable with travel through-out Long Island and the NY Tri-state area.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise roofing crews to achieve safety and productivity goals.
Plan, manage, and execute roofing projects while maintaining quality standards.
Conduct job-site safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
Manage job-specific logistics, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Maintain job site organization and ensure all safety measures are in place.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in roofing and leading crews.
Valid driver's license.
OSHA 10-hour card required (OSHA 30-hour preferred).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical ability to work on rooftops and perform strenuous tasks.
Bilingual skills (preferred).

Salary: $35.00 to $60.00 per hour
