Seeking someone to clean out a basement and do a few other odd jobs. Most of the activity is removing old pipes, garbage, cobwebs etc and make neat and clean. I believe it would take about 6 months to complete with 10-12 hours to complete- so one makes up their own hours. Can work weekends or nights.
1. Must have a rudimentary handyman skills, such as knowing which basement pipes to cut for nonuse.
2. Must be willing to charge below-market rate
3. Must be within a relative short distance from my home
