Express Employment Professionals-Farmingdale, NY is looking for WEEKEND ONLY associates with experience in machine operating in tableting/ compression, film coating, and sugar coating. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-4pm. Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Required to competently operate all machinery, (tablet press, encapsulation machine, film coating, sugar coating pans, etc) independently as well as within a team environment
Match all labels with batch records
Must be able to document product process information as per SOP
Must be able to load and unload the machine
Monitor machine operation periodically and report any abnormal conditions to the supervisor or manager
Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
Skills Required:
Basic math skills
Must be able to effectively communicate in English
Must be able to lift approximately 45-50lbs repetitively from the waist up
Must be able to function in an environment where dust and loose air particles are present
Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions
