Former general contractor is looking for a very skilled team of two professionals, specialized in carpentry/flooring/tiling for a project located in East Hampton, NY.
The scope of work consists of :
1. gutting two bathroom floors + (1 shower floor) of a total of 120SF and install new tiles and new shower pitch.
2. Remove approximately 12-14 damaged oak VJ TG floor boards and replace them
3. Install wall panelings (wainscotting) with top caps and stoppers in the lower floor (approx. 550SF)
4. Install decorative ceiling beams in two rooms for a total of 10
5. Remove and install 14 deck boards
6. Install 4x4 cedar posts on existing outdoor stairs for support and run wire cabling inside the posts. Total 6 posts
7. Remove and change 2 outdoor tiles on walkway
8. other minor works such as replacing two posts clear cedar coverings , add one small shoe molding, strip and replace three/four cedar sidings
Total project price: $4,500.00
