Legal Document Specialist

Growing Legal Services Company located in Woodbury, NY is currently seeking a Full Time Legal Assistant

The position involves heavy data entry and demands excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

E-Filings - Court Filings, Landlord Tenant and Foreclosure Matters

Data entry / handling legal documents

Organize and Keep track of files across the dept.

Photocopy / scan documents

Receive and place telephone calls

Assist the dept. manager with other tasks as required.

Requirements:

Strong data entry skills

Must have excellent attention to detail

Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Solid communication skills both written and verbal

Organized and reliable.

Previous Law Firm / Process Service / Real Estate Experience A Plus

Performance/Pay Review after 90 days.
