Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Job Description: Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorney in preparing and managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Open new files, send letters of representation, fill out no fault forms, request police reports, file OCA statements.
Request organaize and maintain medical records.
Communicate with clients, medical providers, vendors, law firms, and insurance companies.
Maintain and organize case files, incoming mail, and file-related documentation.
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands/responses.
Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, no fault IME appointments, and other proceedings/appointments.
Answer calls and provide administrative support to attorney as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a personal injury law firm.
Strong understanding of personal injury law workflow and relevant legal procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe products, Google Drive, Google Calendar and at least one case management software.
Ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred.
Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
