Immediate opening for an ADMITTED attorney to manage NEGLIGENCE CASES: Motor Vehicle, Premise Liability and Construction Accidents.
Experience in Personal Injury is preferred but not mandatory.
The Associate will be responsible for meeting with clients, commencing lawsuits, Bills of Particulars, Plaintiff and Defendant Depositions, Pleadings, Expert Witness Disclosure, Trial preparation, Mediation and resolving cases.

The candidate will be assigned one paralegal to assist them in managing a case load. The candidate must be able to pay close attention to detail, be organized, and strive for perfection.
