Assistant Registration Managers for the 2025 PGA Ryder Cup - Sep 22-28

A+ Staffing is hiring Assistant Registration Managers for the 2025 PGA Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black in Farmingdale NY.

Staff will assist with checking in and checking out over 200 people per day, issuing and collecting uniforms, and more. Assistant managers will work closely with onsite leadership to ensure that all timekeeping is correct, all HR issues are addressed, and any incident or injury reports are submitted in a thorough and timely manner. Experience with staff management is preferred.

Assistant Registration Managers will need to have a laptop that they can use onsite and excellent computer skills (particularly spreadsheets).

Available Schedules:

Schedule 1: Monday – 9am-2pm, Tuesday – 6am-2pm, Wednesday/Thursday – 5:30am-2pm, Friday/Saturday/Sunday – 4:30am-2pm

Schedule 2: Monday – 9am-2pm, Tuesday – 6am-2pm, Wednesday/Thursday – 5:30am-10am, Friday/Saturday/Sunday – 4:30am-10am

Schedule 3: Tuesday – 12pm-6:30pm, Wednesday/Thursday – 1pm-6:30pm, Friday/Saturday – 1pm-7pm, Sunday – 1pm-8pm

Requirements:

Must have a laptop computer that you can bring to work with you each day.

Must have relevant work experience, such as registration for a major event, staff management, etc.

Must be willing to proactively engage with staff in a friendly and polite manner.

Must be able to work all days (Monday-Sunday or Tuesday-Sunday).

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be polished and professional in appearance and demeanor.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

This is a W2 position, paid weekly via direct deposit.
