We are Renewal by Andersen, the window replacement subsidiary of Andersen Corporation.
Due to our explosive growth we're looking to add to our retail marketing team. We are looking for a few career minded individuals that enjoy the flexibility of field work. In this role, you will be that friendly face in the Renewal by Andersen booth at retail locations. There is no cold-calling. We will train you to go to select Fair, Expo and Shows to professionally represent our brand. We are looking for vibrant personality's that enjoy interacting with the public.
Our job is to set appointments while representing our brand and creating a lasting first impression for our customers! We make sure you get all the training and gear to make each conversation a success.
You will receive:
- A base wage + a bonus plan
- Paid training and constant support in the field
- Partial mileage and toll reimbursement

You must be able to:
- Stand for 5-6 hours a day
- Have a personal vehicle and the ability to travel an average of 30-40 minutes daily
- Follow our scripting and methodology (it works!)
- Have an outgoing personality and genuinely enjoy talking to people

You must be over 18 and have reliable transportation as we travel from Brooklyn to Montauk. This is a full-time or part-time position based on your availability.
(Experience with trade shows or tabling is helpful but not necessary.)
