We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer (Signage/Display Fabrication Designer)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating computer-generated layouts for approval/sign-off for Signage and Display/Fixture projects involving the usage of your expertise in fabrication techniques. This position includes the responsibility to create accurate breakdown layouts for client approvals and floor production. A team player!
Digital print | Vinyl and/or full-color graphics output that can be weeded, cut, and applied or printed and mounted to a substrate.
Responsibilities and Duties include
Creating technical layouts for fabricated displays & and signage and coordinating with the team from concept to completion.
Prioritizes each day to efficiently and cost-effectively schedule the workflow. Works with co-workers and customers with proofs and approval etc.
Inspects jobs for accuracy before sending them to the output/ production team for plotter, printing, and fabrication.
QUALIFICATIONS- Strong PC skills and sign production software skills including Coreldraw/Adobe Creative Suite and architectural software (Autocad/Solidworks/Sketchup etc)
Previous experience as a graphic designer, and fabrication-related computer operator, including an advanced level of experience using Corel/Adobe /3D applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)
Able to work well under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work.
Experience in the Signage and display industry is a must
