Printing franchise seeking a kind, responsible, detail-oriented pre-press graphic design associate.
This position will prepare digital files for printing, ensuring they are ready for various printing processes. This involves tasks like file conversion, color corrections, and optimizing images for the chosen printing method. They essentially act as a bridge between the original design and the final printed product.
Responsibilities:
- Create Invoices and Sales Orders
- Prepare customer graphics to be "print-ready"
- Create new creative designs as needed
- Respond to emails and customer service inquiries as needed
- Follow up with customers and keep them updated on their job status
- Present the company in positive, professional, and supportive manner
Qualifications:
- Must be fluid in Adobe InDesign and related programs
- Must be comfortable discussing projects over the phone w/ clients
- Strong work ethic, integrity, time management, and ready to learn
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and phone skills
- Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy coordinating with people
Printing experience not required, but is a bonus.
Part-Time Position.
Flexible Days / Hours.
