Production Artist in Manufacturing
Job description
WL Concepts is a manufacturing innovator in custom signage, large format graphics, displays and exhibitions. We sell custom solutions unique to our clients' needs. We are capable of manufacturing just about any type of signage/graphic/display. We are looking for a production artist with experience creating production files and running RIP software for large format printers.
The applicant will be responsible for taking pre-specified signage and displays from our creative team and assisting through every step of production until the order is complete. Hands on, professional, vinyl application is also required. Experience in signage and display design is helpful.

Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to produce production ready files and experience with RIP software, Onyx a plus
Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, InDesign, and Photoshop (experience with corel draw is a plus)
Attention to detail; excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of UV flatbed printing, roll to roll printing, vinyl cutting plotters, and laminators
Ability to create vector artwork & files for laser & router cutting software
Knowledge of ADA signage & processes (including braille) a plus
Interest in learning new processes and wearing multiple hats
Ability to lift materials needed for production (max 50lbs)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00 per hour based on experience
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week in office
