Job Description
United Pak Metals is looking for a dedicated and reliable Bilingual Warehouse Worker (ENGLISH & SPANISH) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist with various warehouse operations while utilizing your language skills to facilitate communication within our diverse workforce.
Responsibilities
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
Manage the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate inventory logs.
Provide translation support and assist non-English-speaking team members as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proficiency in [specify languages required, Spanish, English]—both spoken and written.
Previous experience in a warehouse setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
