We are a precision aerospace parts manufacturer. We are looking for a CNC machinist trainee with a desire to learn to set-up and operate CNC machining centers to make metal aircraft parts. The position can start at the machine operator/shop helper level.
No experience necessary but people with industry experience are encouraged to apply.

Desired Qualifications
- Good math and mechanical skills and a desire to develop those skills
- Enjoys working with computers and figuring things out
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Enjoys making and/or fixing things
- Is a self starter with a real desire for career growth
You will learn to be a CNC operator
- Operate CNC milling machines
- Read drawings and blue prints
- Measure parts
- Make adjustments to machines
- Deburring and polishing parts
- Maintain the machinery and equipment
- Manage chips and coolant
- Help to keep the shop floor and building clean and orderly
