Job Description: As a Screen Printer, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our screen printing shop. You will assist in the production of custom printed apparel, from preparing screens to printing and quality control. This includes direct to film press on. This position offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field of screen printing, working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Screen preparation and exposure processes.
Load and unload garments on the printing press.
Operate screen printing equipment and ensure proper ink mixing.
Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.
Assist with quality control to ensure finished products meet our standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in various tasks as needed to support shop operations.
Qualifications:
Experience required. The right candidate should have screen printing experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials when necessary.
