Nosotros somos una Compañia Distribuidora de productos alimenticios Centroamericanos localizada en Long Island , donde vendemos a diferentes Clientes, distribuidores , supermercados, Delis, Restaurants, y esta buscando un Asistente Administrativa (o).
Requisitos
- High School Completo minimo,Educacion tecnica con conocimientos administrativos o Experiencia equivalente Preferiblemente
- Conocimientos de principios de negocios y procesos administrativos
- Bilingue Español /ingles
- Experiencia minima de seis meses
- Dominio de Window office
- Proactiva(o)
- Buena Habilidad comunicacional y retencion
- Experiencia con trato a Proveedores y clientes
Responsabilidades
- Atencion y relacion con proveedores internacionales
- Apoyo al area de compras,control ordenes de compras,seguimiento, embarques de productos, Cuentas por pagar a Proveedores
- Control y supervision de llegada de productos al Almacen
- Tomar las fotografi¬as de los producto nuevos
- Registrar en el catalogo de productos los nuevos articulos que han llegado asi como distribuir la infomacion al area de Ventas,servicio al Cliente , finanzas y facturacion.
- Proveer soporte administrativo al Presidente de la empresa
-Organizacion y mantenimiento de los archivos del area de compras

We are a Central American food products distribution company located in Long Island, where we sell to different clients, distributors, supermarkets, delis, restaurants, and are looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Requirements
- High School Completed minimum, Technical Education with administrative knowledge or equivalent experience Preferably
- Knowledge of business principles and administrative processes
- Bilingual Spanish / English
- Minimum experience of six months
- Mastery of Windows office
- Proactive(o)
- Good communication and retention skills
- Experience with dealing with Suppliers and customers
Responsibilities
- Attention and relationship with international suppliers
- Support to the purchasing area, control of purchase orders, follow-up, product shipments, Accounts payable to Suppliers
- Control and supervision of arrival of products to the Warehouse
- Take photographs of new products
- Register in the product catalog the new articles that have arrived as well as distribute the information to the Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Billing areas. - Provide administrative support to the President of the company
- Organization and maintenance of the files of the purchasing area
