Treasurer – The Treasurer oversees the organization’s financial health, ensuring proper financial management and transparency. Responsibilities include:
Managing and reviewing financial records and budgets
Assisting with financial planning and reporting
Ensuring compliance with nonprofit financial regulations
Collaborating with the team on fundraising initiatives
Secretary – The Secretary plays a key role in keeping the organization’s records organized and ensuring smooth communication. Responsibilities include:
Taking and maintaining meeting minutes
Managing board documents and ensuring compliance with bylaws
Assisting with scheduling meetings and communications
Supporting the board in administrative tasks
Director of Social Media - The Director of Social Media will lead our organization’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our community, and drive meaningful interactions across all platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics.
Responsibilities Include:
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization’s goals to increase online presence and engagement.
Content Management: Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of engaging content across various platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand representation.
Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a positive community and addressing inquiries promptly.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, leveraging them to keep the organization at the forefront of digital engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and support organizational initiatives through targeted social media campaigns.
