Full time office assistant/bookkeeper needed for busy body shop
Job functions include, but not limited to:
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
General office duties – answering phones, filing, scanning, etc.
Creating invoices
Qualifications:
1 – 3 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to work on your own, but be part of a team.
Must be computer literate with experience working in Gmail, Word, Excel
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a must.+
Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral & written communications skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task, take direction and work well under pressure.
