Job Opportunity: Full-Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. QuickBooks experience is a must. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day accounting functions for a growing construction company.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records

Process invoices, payments, and payroll

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements

Prepare monthly financial reports

Requirements:

QuickBooks proficiency

Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably in construction

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
