Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support and satisfaction
- Act as the company gatekeeper
- Resolve client complaints via phone, email or mail
- Assist in all aspects of customer relations
- Handle multiple projects at a time
- Accurately answer phones, emails and communications in a timely and with the customers in mind and follow through with expectations
- A positive, can do attitude
- Creating contracts and maintaining information
- Communicating with service and construction crews through phone and radio
- Collect and record customer interactions, and share with the appropriate departments and team members
- Process customer accounts and file documents for future reference
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
- Update and maintain position policies and procedures
- File as needed, seasonal and daily
Skills/Competencies:
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to details
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- Time management with respect for deadlines
- Decisive and critical thinker
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite especially excel, QuickBooks and ability to learn proprietary software (access based)
- Confidentially and integrity are a must

Salary:
- 35-42k based on experience
