We are a fashion wholesale company, seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time role will involve supporting our office operations and reporting directly to the owner and warehouse manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain organized and accurate filing systems
Manage inventory levels efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries professionally
Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks
Update and maintain QuickBooks records
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Currently enrolled in college preferred
Previous experience is a plus.
Note: This is a part-time position requiring, 3 or 4 half days a week.
