Job Description:
The candidate is expected and responsible to build a folder, a client profile, and to ensure that all compliance documents related to the deal are in the folder. They must also input all relevant information and have all necessary documents on hand.
The accepted deals should be visible on the delivery board. Cars must be refueled, cleaned, and PDI'dbefore delivery; this requires coordination with the billing department, clients, and porters. Prior to pickup, double-check that all paperwork is completed, including billing and highlighting.
All clients' CODmust be obtained. OS+ has been completed. We can discuss what all this means in person.
Candidatemust be present at the end of the month. No matter what, we always depart once the task is completed.
Candidates should also possess excellent verbal and written skills, conflict management skills, and handle confidential matters with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and computer skills in general are a must. A valid NYS Driver’s license is a must.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty; or
2. An associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience including one year of the administrative supervisory experience described above
