Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Enter and submit customer orders through specialized programs.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment.
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Experience:
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with clerical tasks and office procedures is advantageous.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
