Stablished Commercial Tree Company with a bright future for expansion is seeking for EXPERIENCED office Administrative individuals (Bilingual PLUS!). MUST! be Proficient in QUICKBOOKS and Microsoft Office (specially Excel).
Duties will include; filing, organizing/tracking payables & receivable, including all other BOOKKEEPER/ACCAUNTANT duties and Admin responsibilities (such as; provide administrative assistance to the company's UPPER MANAGAMENT, etc., etc.)
Looking to hire someone with Administrative/Accounting skills with at least 3 years of experience.
Individual must be/have:
- Self-motivated team player, with a strong work ethic and high level of accountability.
- Self-driven and be able to follow instructions.
- Efficient and trustworthy professional, in a casual work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to Manage a complex calendar
- Able to balance multiple priorities and work proactively to anticipate conflicts.
