Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and reminders.
- Handle email and phone correspondence in a professional manner.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Run errands and provide transportation when needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Support business operations with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with common software tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in New York.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle tasks independently while following direction.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
